Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a mistake on our part. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

For issues related to shipping (such as lost or damaged packages during transit), claims should be submitted directly to the postal carrier used for delivery (e.g., USPS, UPS, etc.). We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping provider, but we will help provide any necessary documentation to support your claim.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
